Cobra Alarm on Chimaera

I'm trying to figure out why my 97 Chim has a Cobra Alarm/Immobiliser and not the standard fitment Meta. Anyone got any thoughts ?
Also, anyone any idea of how to find out what type it is (for insurance purposes) ?

probably been replaced as the early meta alarms are prone to failing.

The Meta fobs have a triangular-shaped logo on the back, if that helps?

my only suggestion to find out what type would be to have a look on the siren to see if the model is written on there.

Any idea where the siren is likely to be ? (suppose I could set it off !!).

I think the imobiliser is standard Meta, its just the alarm thats Cobra..
