HI

I remember a post ages ago about touching up stone chips, I’ve done a search but can't find it.

I've got some paint and a very fine brush, ready to go but don't have a clue which way to do it.
I can remember someone mentioning a very fine spray gun for even covering........
There is about 10-15 on bonnet/front end not particularly large or deep, hence me actually having a desire to do it.
Anyone know how long it will take, and how many coats etc
I want to do it now before I give it a good clean and use some swisol covering on it. (does anyone recommend it; mates Dad is a distributor for them)

I remember the thread...can't find it though.

How about getting a quote from a "CHIPSAWAY" agent. I have seen some of their work and it was very good...they used a tiny airbrush...maybe that was what you ere thinking about? IMHO I reckon you may be better off leaving the chips to finer weather in the spring, unless you can get the car into a warm dry garage/workshop. Winter paint is never as good as it can be...
