I think it's a step forward for TVR on the styling front though the rear end near the exhausts is terrible I'm afraid.

Not as pure as the Cerb and Griffith as far as lines go.
But, I kinda like it

It's different but it ain't pretty. How many Z3s did they have to scrap to get all those slots?

I like the lines of it, in fact the way the wider arches have been blended in is quite remarkable, the tail lighhts are great as are the headlight assemblies. But those vents? no way, do those bonnet flaps close at high speed and open at slow speeds?

TVR are to be applauded for trying to take development forward in this way and im sure its a step in the right direction.I do think they have slightly over egged the pudding on the styling stakes and perhaps traditional fans will take time to adjust. I dont think this is going to blow everyone away like the T350 did when that got its first public viewing. My money is going to stay with that!!

It looks like a show car to get lots of reaction and brand awareness. I would not call the styling mainstream even by the normal standards of TVR mainstream.

It might also be useful to homologate a GT car.

Try the T350 forum where this is being discussed at length.

Or of course the Pistonheads front page where's the a story about it.

Can't agree - that is one hell of a car.
Trouble is - I will have to sell my 911, Chimaera and Ducati to be able to buy one!!
Lust yes, but cannot bring myself to do it.
Very nice indeed.
Cheers

The spolier / Gurney flap on the back looks like a cheap Max add on. I like the look from head on, but the flaps spoil it from most other directions. You couldn't leave it parked for more than 10 min without the local kids pulling bits off. Red trim on the inside is not my taste either. I wonder if all those flaps actually do any thing, perhaps some one could photoshop up what it would look like with smooth line, I'd be interested.

Oh dear, the pudding has been well and truly over egged, looks like they have taken the t350 shape, pure and functional, and bolted every Halfords go faster acessory they could think of. Somebody sugested that this new model has been designed with Le Mans endurance racing in mind, if so fair enough but what of the t400 Tuscan, have they already given up on that one?
