So how dirty is yours?

At 0800 this morning mine looked like it had just left the showroom.
But the sun was out, there was not a cloud in the sky, off came the roof and 100 miles were dispatched, carefully at first, and then some playing, broken with a very nice pub lunch in the middle.
On getting home.......




Oh well. Another (dry hopefully) day tomorrow

It certainly doesn't look like it just left the showroom any more, but I don't particularly care. it's the first time I've had the roof off it since we picked it up last weekend...... wooo hooooo I love this car

Always clean. Gets washed, waxed and polished. Every weekend without fail. If it's really dirty mid week, then it gets a wash, with wash'n'wax then as well. Tyres and all.

the Chim is bl00dy dirty. 300 miles up to York last week, a weekend playing on the moors and journey back yesterday. It was light or I followed cars most of the way back however on hiting an empty B road I had to stop and find out if the lights were working - looked like side lights on dipped beam. Cleaned the lenses only and I could actually see where I was going ! The rest of the car is still dirty - over 900 miles of dirt - Yuck !

It may get a wash this weekend if I am not playing in the tuscan which i have not driven for over 2 weeks , otherwise it will stay dirty 'til new year.

I am at home (until we move house), but I only ever surf/check pistonheads from work (for obvious reasons - got a download rate of 3.38meg/sec this morning !!!)

Unless he's washed it recently, Tom Smith's Tuscan S will beat you all hands down at this game. I've never seen it clean, but importantly it does get driven plenty.

My option, clean car, drive and Dazzle everyone until it is dirty then repeat.

Well, at home anyway, and a shit dial-up connection to boot (max 40K)! Roll on broadband.

Edited to add that the S is also filthy - one of the downsides of an everyday TVR.

I live in rural North Bucks and the nearest I can get to packet switched broadband involves the use of carrier pigeons.... They have only taken out the old Push Button A/B telephones out...
