I received one at 17.49 this evening, could read it two ways. If you were cynical, you might think it was a bit of rather clumsy advertising.
Or maybe it's a genuine statement explaining the "supply and demand" status of some TVR spare parts.

You don't have to be very cynical to be honest. I think "clumsy advertising" is being generous, "scare mongering" and "desperately trying to drum up trade" sounds more accurate to me.

If we are talking about a certain Shop that supplies TVR parts then I have had this email around 5 times now. I had it quite a bit last year too. Dont think I have ever used them

I have had said email a couple of times lately. Whoever runs this marketing campaign needs some help! The bit requesting email contact re any parts that you 'may' need seems a very strange request. OK how about I list every part that the car is made up of as I 'may' need some of them before the fantastic Sept offer ends.

I too have received the email, what are the chances that the part(s) that you 'may' need are now out of stock, but that they are getting some more, but unfortunately the price has gone up.....

The worrying thing was my other half got the email not me, and she has never had anything to do with TVR's other than driving it when i get drunk
