How many of us PHers from Yorkshire are going to Pistonfest.

I can get hold of a tent easy enough but it's much more fun to travel down in a group... so come on, Jo, Adamski, JS, Martyn, Gemini, Chumley, Andy, Phil, Stainless, and anyone else I may have forgotten... who's going or thinking about going?

Yes I'm going again. Wouldn't miss it, last year was excellent. BTW I'm Teesside but I would be travelling through Yorks to get there. Last year we met up with Gemini and convoyed all the way. Great weekend

When is it? I haven't exactly been keeping an eye on these things but may well be tempted if the timings right.

The weekend of July 4th 2004. If you have a look in the list of forums 'Pistonfest' has its own, everything you could ever wish to know should be there.

You'll need a tent!

I'll probably be living a bit South of Yorkshire by then, but I'll be up for it, and will no doubt tag on somewhere on the M1.

By sheer coincidence I just got a tent a couple of months ago.
Unfortunately though, I'm supposed to be working that weekend

Oh well, I'll just have to plan for PF2005

Bugger! Sure you can't persuade someone to swap weekends with you? You know it makes sense!..

Clever clogs! I bet you've spent all day looking for that!

All we need now is the 'support vehicle'

The support vehicle will be there, with me in tow

Lisa. Is the beer sink still an option?

WH and myself will probably be travelling down from the York area.... in two cars most likely as the elise purchase is now imminent Tent etc in the back of the Griff (or T350 if he gets round to buying one) and I'll bring (in the boot of the lizzie).....oh one case of beer then....

So you are going for the elise then... I had a feeling you might

I feel the beer sink will become a reality, we have the room to bring it, so we may aswell

Would love to Al, but it's a little bit hard to even get people to go to where I work let alone swap a weekend!!!!
