TVR prices in Winter

I've been watching Tuscan prices for about 6 months now and whilst they seem to have firmed in the asking price they don't seem to be selling and what does sell we don't know what they got for it. There's a few things I've been watching that have been up for sale since before the summer and are still in the classifieds now.

So have prices actually gone up or have asking prices gone up?

What is the expected drop off coming into autumn/winter? Is a 28k summer Tuscan worth 22k in January? Or is a Tuscan up at 28k that has been for sale for 6 months and not sold really only worth 25k?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Usual story, prices of the most popular TVR models now have hardened due to supply/demand (only 5 Sags for sale in the country at present for instance), good Griffs will be close behind as the next most desirable model to the current market. They are all becoming collectors items now though so don't see any in good condition going down in value significantly as the recession ends. I'm seriously considering adding a good 400/450 at present as they seem to be absolute bargains!
