Meta M99T info?

The search isn't working at present so had to post I'm afraid.
I managed to do something to the alarm last night, looks like the missus didn't shut her door properly so I don't know if the alarm arms properly in this scenario?
Came back to the car and realised the interior light was on, tried to disarm and not really sure what happenned but the alarm light on the panel wouldn't stop flashing and the hazards kept flashing for a while, then stopped, started, stopped etc. I tried stopping, arming/disarming but ended up driving home with this going on. After parking up it let me arm, unarm all without drama. Looked in the TVR manual but only mentioned the alarm indicator flashing a certain number of times to say what had been activated, I didn't have this, just a constant flash of the indicator and the hazards going off.

Is it possible to get a better description of the alarm or can someone tell me what I've done?

Just a hint really, but when my passenger door isn't shut properly (i.e. left on the first click of the latch) the alarm does funny things. The car won't alarm and the locks won't lock. It all behaves again when the door is shut though.
