Bad luck mate frown. Glad everyone is ok though. It's been a bad time lately with the Sag the other week on the run-in and now yours.
Hope the insurance don't write it off - fingers crossed for you;

You know it's payback for that time when you were young and you borrowed his car and it didn't come back quite as it should. ....or was that just me.

The parent becomes the teenager and so is the circle of life.

BTW my sympathy for the damage. Now ground him and give him punishment chores.biggrin

My dad hit a kerb and trashed a 250 quid tyre on my M5, which I ended up paying for, and I was pretty pissed about. Nothing compared to that..... Hope insurance pays up for you.

Yeah, I am. Really is not happy about having done it. He’s still trying to work out exactly what happened!

Thanks Dave. I’ll let you know. Though with the weather the way it is atm, I think I’ll be just fine in the other car

Yeah he was. Very deliberately done. So I suppose that that is one saving grace

Thanks Jon.. Ooh, that looks scarily similar. Except we seemed to save one of the headlights. wink
I think this is only going to be the start of the problems getting her back on the road. But if yours returned looking better than ever, there is hope for mine as well

Ha! – There’s an idea. Get him to do some chores for me.. He is a little sheepish, yeah, that does remind me of my teenage years. Thought I recognised it!

Thank you all – I’ll update when I’ve found out a little more.
