Griff Prototype

I was not aware of a griff with a 2.2 litre engine with a Porsche turbocharger. Take a look, please copy & paste the whole address 'cos I cant work out how to format it to work.

I think that's the car that has been mentioned a couple of times before on Pistonheads. It's definately not a Griff prototype - just a heavily modified S if I remember correctly.

I believe this is a modified Tuscan racer, it was discussed on here last year, but can't find at the mo. Looks good in the photos and I like it with the 'Griff' front end and hard top, but the price seems a bit steep to me. Won't sound right without a V8 either, tho should go well with the Cossie lump in it.

I'll repeat my posting of September....

Griffith prototype my ar$e! The car left the factory as a 3000S in 1979 and has been heavily modified over the years. I've seen the car at Zolder a few times and it looks quite good. I can see bits of S, Griffith, Tuscan (racing) and even Cerbera in those lines. Whatever it is, it looks pretty good. Presumably someone's personal styling exercise, but nice.
