Layout mainly looks good to me, I like the colour change control, is there a reason why you put the new/nieuw section right at the bottom? Would new items not be better at the top so they are the first thing a regular visitor would see?

Good point - I guess I'll move the 'new' section up the left column order at a time that the website is estabished enough to attract 'regular' visitors then; for now I prefer them seeing the T-shirt blurb (yes, yes, I'll put a piccie up later this week, it's not a brilliant one but better than nowt) and the limited supercharger offer. Thanks for having a look!

No - having too much fun as a Tech Ed and to be honest, given the size of the Dutch market I think this will only work on a no-overheads basis for the forseeable future. Still pretty excited about it though!

Not just being flippant. It genuinely intrigues me the way you can see the Germanic languages develop as they spread spread west, like: Danke > Dank u > Thank you

Website looks good by the way! The only constructive criticism I can think of is it seems a tiny bit slow to load, but that could be the 'special' computer system here.

Thanks for all the comments, keep them coming! Translating the site into English won't be on the cards as I'm representing or reselling mainly UK-based companies/brands for The Netherlands and there's little added value for either party in me trying to compete with my suppliers on their own turf. Maybe French and German, some time...
From the query I do understand that people would welcome a similar 'one stop shopping'/portal solution for the TVR upgrades/parts/conversions market bringing all the best products and expertise together (well, maybe not quite but I'm working on it )in the UK, then?

Search Engine Optimisation.

Getting your page further up the Google results basically. In the 90s this was often helped by information in meta tags. It's not these days.

Ah yes, Joomla does apparently generate something for making the pages better searcheable but to be honest I'll be b*ggered to know what exactly.

Had a look around and looks ok to me, with interesting backup information (at least I like such things). Got me reminded of that I still need to replace my coolant hoses on the wedge, when coming across silicon stuff for it. Would that be considered as plastic surgery on the TVR ;-)?

Thanks guys. There'll be a shedload of new stuff on the site in the next weeks/month, and indeed I aim to incorporate any info that might be useful and/or interesting - one can get bits from pretty much anywhere so I try and support fellow enthusiasts in getting the best from their cars (which may mean something else for each inidividual - that's the fun part!).
