Just a quick question are Griff manifolds compatable with Chim ones??

How good are the TVR exhaust manifolds??? They look like huge single chamber log style manifolds. This goes againt what I (think) I know about exhaust design. Is there more to them or do they just happen to make the power??

Whiulst they are not the best ever - the pipe size is plenty big enough (1 3/4 inch) and rather crutially the cylinders 5 and 7 have nice long pipes as they fire sequentially .. the uneven length is not such a bacd thing either as it can help to spead the exhaust pulse effect over a wider rev range.

If you want to spend a lot of money getting the very best exhaust then best give Clive a call.. it's a master piece.

I hope to in December, will let you know nearer the time
