Don't know, sorry, but I know someone who looked into getting them made. It turned out to be complex and expensive involving lost wax casting. Don't remember the details but he spent a lot of time and his own money researching it but didn't succeed. There was a lot of interest at the time - I'll have a search if I get time.

They were a lot less when the group buy was done. Maybe it's time for another - there seems to be the interest...
