According to TVR I have the only Cerb on their records with a BMW Avus Blue colour. I thought it was Imperial!!!

Anybody else got a tvr the same colour?

And before anybody starts I do not drive like a BMW and I know there are probably about 2 million beemers with the same colour.

After the few days I've had I needed some good news.

Sorry Andy, but our coincidences continue... Avus blue for me too.

Now, if you can find a Halfords paint touch-up stick to match, let me know! The closest I've got is BMW "Montreal Blue".

Damn you!!!!

Check your paint code under the bonnet.
Mine is P422 PT17 and confirmed by nexaautocolor as BMW Avus Blue. Give them a call and they'll tell you exactly what colour you are.

If you have the code then any paint shop should be able to mix you a pot, dare I say it.... even halfwits!!!!

Will check it tomorrow. The only thing I'm having Halfords do is pay for the front end of my car respraying. I blame the big fuse blowing on them, too, for that matter.

Imperial blue's quite a bit lighter/brighter, by the way.

I thought I was unique until a couple of weeks ago. Now I know where my spurious sightings came from.

The other one is a 500 though.

Obviously NOT , my chim is Avus Blue as well !( see profile pic ) be careful there are 3 different Avus Blues - when Chipsaway came to spray my door mirrors he made up all 3 and we then picked which one it was by comparing it to the car !

My Mate had an Avus Blue Griff 500, with navy roof. Very nice looking car. Mine was Diamond Schwartz, also apparently a BMW colour and not common. I liked it tho.
