TVR annoys by going too slow...anyone on here?

Seen driving on the 13/2/10 country lanes between Godalming and Guildford religiously sticking to the 30, 40 and 50 speed limits and slowing down for small children and dogs, thus holding up more rapid SUVs and white vans, and then giving it the beans when entering NSL, and generally looked like driver was having far too much fun whilst driving with care and within the law.. ...whats with the coathanger face grin anyway?

I detest the need for people to 'report' what they themselves see as fair game. Bad enough poxy camera's just about everywhere in this Country. Just get on with your life.
