Bolts into the CV and diff is it worth using loctite on the bolts ?, what about the diff mounting bracket bolts worth using on these ??
come to think of it what else would you loctite on a rebuild ?

I wouldn't worry on those you've mentioned Nigel. Just make sure they are torqued up accordingly. I don't even own a torque wrench (appalling admission for some one who does so many mods) and I very rarely use loctite. I really on my highly calbrated wrist 
Something like the prop shaft bolts I would bother to loctite. Perhaps caliper mounting bolts as well.
There's not much I would use loctite on tbh . . As long as the bolts are torqued up correctly then it's unlikely for them to come undone.
For the CV bolts make sure they are clean, you've got the allen socket right into the aperture before applying the final torque.
I'm quite meticulous about cleaning threads of bolts I'm reusing and the hole they're going into. That way there's less of an issue later on. Wire brush in the drill being my preferred method.

I'd use loctite on the drive shaft bolts (assumimg it BTR style like mine). I had been warned that they had a habit of coming undone (on the Tuscan) so it was something I always checked quite regularly. One time - pre loctite - I found all 6 on one side had come out about 1/4 inch each 
. Cue loctite, and no loosening since even though I've had the driveshafts off and on a few times afterwards.
Likewise I've had the 'rear diff bracket to diff' bolts loosen off too, and everything was always properly torqued so I'd be loctiting them too. I've also ripped a diff bracket apart....but that's another story.
PS - edited to add, when I built the car up, nothing was loctited except the propshaft to diff bolts on the whole chassis. The drive shaft and diff bolts were the only ones that loosened [touch wood] - bar the bottom of a front upright...but that was an issue with the top-hat in the casting.
.
