Sagaris targa top ??? Spotted on A1!

I've just seen a gorgeous dark red Sagaris with a Targa Roof !!!
Does it belong to anyone on here ?
Does any one know about the conversion?
It looked to be a Tuscan roof opening but the rest of the car was all Sagaris.
I was drooling over the Sag at TVR Power on Saturday and was thinking a convertible one would be perfection, and then I spot this today !
