BMW 6 speed box

I've been offered a 6 speed box from a BMW diesel with adaptor and fitting kit to fit the cossy 24v motor which is going to fit my S2. Anyone know the dimensions? as I need to know if it will fit in the chassis

ratios 4.35/2.5/1.66/1.23/1/0.85 I have a 4.27 lsd which will give 135mph at 6500
