RV8 Cyl head bolt torque ?

Can someone please confirm the initial torque for the stretch head bolts, preferably in foot pounds. I know about the 2 x 90 deg. following steps

It's just that the figure I have seems very low.

Them strech bolts are scary. If I was to do it again I'd use studs. Good luck.
