Clear Waxoyle

If you apply clear waxoyle onto a clean chassis will you still see the paintwork underneath the gunk 6 months later?
The reason i ask my chassis is dirty brown after having clear waxoyle applied 9 months ago maybe because the chassis was'nt clean?

If there is it's so darn sticky it'll be black in a few hundred miles anyway I'd guess.

I was told clear was applied.

What do you reckon don't look clear to me and i drive in dry days when poss.

Looks nice and clean now, I have a 2003 Cerb and have cleaned the waxoil from the outrigers and suspension parts, what have you used to outrigers etc?.

Nothing for now will get a clear coat to vunerable areas and the end of the year.

I have looked into a clear plasticote that you can apply with a brush. Might be a good alternative to wax oil gunk!
