What kind of oil should I put in the diff of my (non-Hydratrak) '97 Chim 450?
Check the owners manual...? it states fluid specs in there.Just had my Cerb diff rebuilt by alan voight (he advertises in the TVRCC sprint mag) - he recommended a product from millers oil...I'll try and find the spec / type...having said that maybe the chim diff is different..?
how about speaking to Opie?

Check the owners manual...? 'Mobil SHC 80W 140ID'
Wonder what that means?
And the diff has more oil in it than the gearbox. Who'd have thought?
I use this in my 98 chim with a BTR diff good for LSD
