Most people use either Callander or Hexham Horseless Carriages (HHC) but I guess that would be too far as well.
you could try http://www.amsportscars.com/ who sell TVR's & was most helpful when I was looking for one, I don't think he fixes them there but will probably know someone.

Mulsanne Motors in Dalkeith used to prep all the Tivs for AM Sportscars in the post above. He sorted out some niggles for me a couple of times and seemed like a nice guy. From an ad somewhere:
