Suspension upgrade

Hi.

If I were to change my dampers for Nitrons or Gaz etc, is this classed as a modification to the car when it comes to insurance?

Not with my insurer, they tell me that it's not perfomance enhancing.

If it were me, I would still inform them all the same. Better to do this and avoid any potential problems should the need for them to pay out arise.

I have upgraded dampers/springs on my Trevs and i'm with mannings, it's no extra £, they only load for power upgrades.
