I was taking a girl friend out for a spin in the Chim on our 1st date this afternoon, driving at about 60mph out of a bend the near side wheel hit a slightly sunken manhole, very loud bang, deafening screeching noise, loss of steering, clouds of smoke and came to halt teetering on the edge of a water filled ditch.
The shock had snapped allowing the body to drop onto the the tyre, don't think she will forget this date.

She's still talking to me, her brother told her sports cars do stuff like that.
Being financaly challenged does any body have a useable pair of front shocks going begging, we are booked for Back Home but I don't fancy going in her Fiesta.

Glad you are ok. I too had a moment last year.

Let's just say coroded speed humps which were not visible until it was too late and the lack of height on a 355 front spoiler do not good bed fellows make.

Someone must be able to help you out with the shocks. Boy, girls?
