I don't see the problem really. He bought it, looks like hes now sold the Tuscan and so is now selling the book.
Graham would have sold it at a price he was happy with and it looks like this seller is doing the same, it's not like he's bought a job lot from Graham in order to seel straight on for a big profit.

Supply and demand unfortunately, they aren't available at the minute and I was on the waiting list, but I bought the last one off PH, and it is great!
