What's left of Bristol Ave?

As per the thread title, what's left of the Bristol Avenue factory? I was thinking of having a run down there in the Alfa shortly, but will it just be a long trip for no reward or are there still interesting remnants from TVRs history?

2 companies are in there now - D & C Trim plus Surface and Design - both very busy when i visited a few weeks ago

As per the buildings fronting onto Bristol Avenue they're all still there to see at the moment. The newer buildings that used to be servicing and the race team in the TVR days house Surface and Design, D&C Trim, Lawfield Engineering, JGR Racing, Retro Paint and Mike Vernon Automotive that are all businesses run by ex-TVR employees. The rest of the site is a mix of other businesses such as a Gym, cafe and a bed retailer for example. Some of the larger buildings at the rear of teh site are not in good conditions and are likely to be demolished.

Definately, the higher sidewalls/ more compliant set up as a result would suit it nicely. Bet it drives much better than a similar car with 18's... yet it still looks very very nice indeed.

Yes, it actually drives and handles excellent. Much better than on 18s. It´s quite quick, too :-) (Not Dom-quick, though.).

Very very nice car Quentin1. I dont doubt Dom can make it Dom-quick if you ask nicely and throw money at him. Which actually reminds me, I need to email him later...

The 16's in black suit the car perfectly, I am suprised at how well they do... Good choice.

The black Cerbera is a "German" TVR.

You see that if a TVR goes to Germany, they are NOT lost!

So, it's not really worth going unless it just happens to be in the middle of a dirty great BNG event! When's the next one, and would the TVR boys let me in with my paltry Alfa, or is someone going to offer me a lift!

That white T350 looks lovely. It's such a pretty car and the colour really shows the lines.

There aren't many cars that look 'better' in white, certainly not really aware of another TVR but this one does.

Agreed, I had a good look round it at the Malton breakfast club meet the other week and was staggered by how good it looked. Is this the one that was advertised at SSCC?

There was a white chim at the BNG it was stunning also in white.
