That's where Peninsula get their hoods retrimmed. Probably 'one of theirs'.

Not me, but nearly.

Dropped of my dark purple Chim at the very same trimmers on Wed about 4:30pm, but no signs a silver 5L, just a white wedge. The guys did a nice job of re-stitching the side of the hood though.

Could have been me. But in a Silver 4.5 rather than a 5.
I did visit West Country Trimmers a couple of times recently and there was a purple Chim there one time.

West Country Trimmers have just done a very high class job on recovering seats and panels of a 1934 MG for me and recently made a new hood for the Silver Chim. They also made the Chim hood cover which may still be viewable on Peninsula's site.

I am planning to visit them again early next week. I need someone to design a cover for my roll bar which in it's naked state will surely brain me if I get arse ended.
