Cascade paint anyone?

I’m about to spec my car, I’m leaning toward either Reflex Purple or Chameleon Blue. However I would like to see a few examples of the Cascade colours especially with a blue/purple theme, has anyone got some pictures for me to take a look at plz?

Methanol what car are you going for then??? I assume you are staying with TVR a little longer??

IMHO you cant really go wrong with Cascade Blue but it is rather pricey.

edited to add: Just seen the other thread, Tuscan S or Cerbera. My suggestion, baring in mind I absolutely adore the Cerbera and would like to have a Tuscan S in future.... Go for a Sagaris.

Or wait just a few more months for the press to give the full low-down on the Typhon. From what I have heard, that could well be the true Cerbera replacement!! Comfortably over 400bhp per tonne (have heard nearer 500bhp per tonne REAL) in such a gorgeous package is hard to resist, no matter what the price tag. Save the money for flashy paint jobs and put it towards masses of ridiculous power with a sprinkling of carbon fibre.

I still believe it to be the closest thing (aesthetically) to a modern Ferrari 250GTO that money can buy. I just hope I'll be able to afford one someday!!!

I did ask and consider about both the Sagaris and the Typhon, however I need a car now, I’ve been out of my Cerb for just over a month now and now the sun is coming out…

As for the Sagaris that won’t be available until the 3rd or 4th quarter and I was told that the Typhon not for another (don’t quote me on this) 2 years. However I would not want to be amongst the first owners anyway but point taken regarding the Typhon, which would be a perfect replacement for the Cerbi. “masses of ridiculous power”

Well, the Tuscan S is a gorgeous car, I have little faith in its engine, but I still want one!! I have been told off by many Tuscan owners in the past for questioning thier cars reliability, but they are definately getting better. As soon as I have faith in that engine I'll join the queue for a Typhon/ Sagaris S(supercharged surely? - should be ready by the time im earning decent money)

The Cerbera, what can I say, its still the king. If you are heading down that route again I strongly urge you to order the "RED ROSE" spec above the standard car. For somewhere around £2k you get the kind of power that the original 4.5 should have had to begin with.

Both cars suspension set ups can be vastly improved by £1k's worth of Nitron Dampers and springs. Which is worth considering IMHO - Which would you prefer, a really flashy paint job (cascade) or just a flashy paint job (reflex) which you can drive hard with confidence?

Its a fantastic choice to have to make and surely a win-win situation. Keep us updated on your decision and enjoy whatever car you choose!!!

I have Cascade Copper for my Tuscan S and I'm sure you can find some pictures of my car on here...as for the Tuscan S engine (oh here we go again )...the Tuscan S engine is the same speed 6 engine in all new T350 and other new TVRs....so any comment on singling out the Tuscan is a little unfair. The new cars post Q1 2003 are much more reliable.

Both those colours are Cascade Blue (the colour we were going to spec our new Cerb, but redundancy forced us to buy our Green car 2nd hand)....

I think the Tuscan & T350 are improved by the cascade colours, as they enhance the curves (IMHO)

Alan's Tusc (Reflex Copper)is a bit too far out for me, but it's damned all the same (and makes a change from the plethora of Oceany/silvery Tuscans out there). I also recently saw a PHer's post of his Tamora in Reflex Green (BRG/purple flip) which persuaded me if I was to buy a Tamora, I would have to have that one - bl00dy fantastic!!
