Can anyone recommend anything to repair minor scuffed alloys? I appear to have acquired a few unsightly scratches, but not really enough to warrant getting the whole wheels redone.

Thanks

Try ChipsAway, should be one of the cheapest options. I've just done mine and it looks great, unable to see where the damaged area was.

Neat piece of self-serving advice, Honestfreddie! Okay, I've scratched alloys on a Porsche so I'll play along with it ... is there a franchise in Scotland to contact? Edinburgh, maybe?

Give ChipsAway a ring on 08000 287878 they will put you in contact with the franchisee on your area. And yes there are franchisee's in Scotland, and at least one in the Edinburgh Area

Thanks for the ChipsAway tip - will save it for when wheels and front end show a bit more wear and tear.

Meantime, i have been very lucky - got some 'Smooth Silver' Hammerite and some alloy primer from Halfords, and was happy to see that the match ain't that bad at all Not perfect, but its better than seeing those awful raw scuff marks.
