Here's a little test... the answer to which may be of some use to me!

How much does a short rover V8 engine weight in kilograms?

That is to say, block with crank and pistons etc in place, but no heads, sump, gearbox or extra bits.

No, I haven't killed the beast yet (nor do I intend to). 'tis running like a dream.

Just something that was puzzling me and I may need to collect said item for a little project I have planned.
