Spotted by my dad, yellow, 5 litre,

Anybody know it ?

He said "didn't look like anything wrong with it"

It was a two owner car that the first owner managed to drive all over Europe in and did about 16000 miles trouble free and the second owner did 1000 and stuffed it...although I recall a small rabbit was the fault and not the powerslide off the roundabout..

Strangley enough the chap who bought this Yellow Chimaera from me new decided his son ought to get a Griffith 500 so they could travel around with to events in convoy. That Griffith is now owned by Mr Maggitt on here ...which is a belter...

Anyway the Halcyon Midas Pearl was stuffed by a member on PH a few months back. He was fine and walked away ...once he got out of the ditch..

Last I heard it was going to be raced.

Aha was my car T301 AJF, bought it of James Agger back in September last year, despite what James says above I had done around 8 k miles in around 2 months when I wrote it off fantastic through france etc on the autoroute!!

When I wrote it off, came off of a roundabout at about 30 or so mph, was knackered, put my foot down a little too hard lost control hit barrier ripped off front of car damaged the chassis, repair bill at Hilton coachworks would have been 24,000

Now have a sensible car....an E46 M3 and have asked James to look out for a black cerb for me....

Hi Daniel, I'd made James an offer on the chim, but he was on his way to watford later that night & sold it,

To you I guess ?

My Dad described it as being on the back of a scruffy low loader, with another car pressed up against it, dragging alaong a transit van with no windows,

Bully !
