cracked or broken headlight bezels needed please

hi all,
im doing the lupo headlight conversion on my chim
havin trouble with working out how to get it just right so the bezels sit over the top of the lens.

dont want to start cutting my originals up incase i get it wrong so looking for some knackered ones to play with,

already tried tvr dean&douglas valley but they dont have any damaged ones&i dont want to fork out £90 plus for an undamaged set.

will gladly pay some beer tokens&postage if anyone has any kicking about.

You might try Surface&Design or Plasticman who do lightconversions.

I think there a few of us out there that would like to have a less risky and cost effective path to the Lupo headlight conversion.

I have an idea for you

Contact the nice man at Fibreon (Julian I think his name is?)

Make him the following proposal:

1) Fibreon sends you a set of their fibreglass Light Bezels

2) You cut them up to get the right fit to your Lupo lights

3) You send them back to Fibreon

4) Fibreon makes a mould and adds copies to their product range

5) Fibreon sends you the first set for free

You get a free set for doing the development work and Fibreon adds a new line to their product range.

Fibreon probably only currently sell their nice bezels to the unfortunate souls that have been in a shunt, so the Lupo conversion ones will open up a new market for them.

Well its just an idea

Actually thinking about it I expect Fibreon would want do the development work in house, the quality of their work seems excellent from what I have seen.

I am sure they will want to be 100% confident that what they sell fits perfectly.

If it happens I will definitely buy a set and get Malcolm at S&D to paint them for me

The great Trevor Cooper has just fitted Lupo Headlights to mine using jigs he has made. I put primer on mine today, cant wait until I paint it, him, her pathfinder blue and get back on the road with carbon fibre mirrors, different style rear lights and LED Lights all round.
