and me
and I mean IMPRESSED!!
I was plesantly surprised, I've owned the car since 99 but its been off the road for the last 3.5 years after I borrowed a few bits for the race car. I was expecting the worst as I've lost the full no claims i had on it due to it not being insured.. The quote came to less that I paid 4 years ago with full no claims??

Jelf Group for me this year on a multicar policy
Been on their multicar policy for 3 years but this year I found it much cheaper by over £200.00 to split the insurances. I have opted to go with Mannings for the Tuscan this time. Includes 5000 miles per year, track day cover, no claims protection, all the usual legal stuff all for £381.00.Oh and Gordon, did Alasdair explain to you that you don't accumulate a no claims bonus discount whilst on a multicar policy with them. Worth checking it out.

RH insurance.
£175 for a year on my Chimaera (3000 mile limit)
Google put me off this one straight away. Apparently RH won't fund accident recovery. The web site says they do but Google search suggests they don't, perhaps some fine print exclusion on the policy docs. Makes me wonder what other 'normal' insurance inclusions are actually excluded to enable the low cost£175 for a year on my Chimaera (3000 mile limit)

I can't be bothered to read the small print, I just went with the cheapest TBH the better company seemed to be Mannings with more TVR orientated cover including track days etc, but they were a whole £50 more expensive for 1000 miles limit a year less.
Some info I posted on an earlier insurance topic this year which may help just to see spread of figures - does relate to T350, so maybe not so useful for your situation, and looking at 5K and 7.5K mileage requirement, but hey-ho!:
MSM best for me on price and customer service. Don't be put off by slightly quirky website!
I renewed in Jan; previously with Flux, who to be fair had by far the best price last year, but gave me a terrible renewal quote this year!! I'm 36, 8 years no claims, rural postcode; quotes were for fully comp - my research led to the following if it is of help:
Flux - £833 (5K miles; inc £15 PA cover, £52 breakdown cover and £14 keycare)
Heritage - £833 (5K miles; assistant said modern TVR's seen by them as high risk and therefore they loaded premiums)
A-One - £791 (7.5K miles) or £680 (5K miles)
Classic Line - £568 (5K - high excess with this policy @ £500)
Mannings - £581 (7K miles) or £489 (5K miles) - must say Lee @ Mannings was excellent and their TVROC policy includes 45 days European cover, track days covered and use of repairers of your choice.
Henderson Taylor -(Lost the will to phone another company at this point!)
Richard Eggar -(As above!)
MSM £490 (7.5K miles!) - winner! I was after higher mileage allowance, low XS and choice of own repairer in event of problems. As I do not track the car the added 'bonus' in a Mannings Policy was not needed. Rest of MSM policy met my needs. Speak to Dawn, she was fantastic.
