I used silicone spray from halfords on my griff, the drivers window goes up in 5 seconds now , not 5 minutes so it gets my vote.
just make sure you spray both runners as the back one was making mine slow.

Gummi Pflege is supposed to be very good.

Replace the runner felt. Its not a hard job. Otherwise you'll be forever lubeing the, what is now, rubber runners.

When removing door trim check the felt insert is in position within the slider, they do have a habit of dropping in the channel causing excess friction which reduces window speed.
