Hey Pete, I have a question if you don't mind...
To my way of thinking (as someone whose job requires him to delegate to and supervise others), there are two possibilities.
#1. Karl is accomplishing all the tasks set for him at work in a timely manner.
#2. He isn't.
If #1 is true, then what's your beef?
If #2 is true, fire him and be done with it.
Either way, it doesn't make any difference how many times a day (or when) he posts on PH, now does it?
