Been trying to post pic of my beloved Cerbera 4.5 in my profile but for some reason it is not working .

I've been to the fotango site, registered, uploaded picture, been to create link for the picture, copied the link (shown below) and pasted this into URL section of the profile and the pic refuses to show itself - what am I doing wrong!?

Also, how do you get pictures into threads?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated .

Not sure myself how you do it but...... if you follow this thread www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?t=9782&f=7&h=0 then one of the chaps explains how - you'll need to head towards the begining of the thread

Another thing I found out: No spaces at the end. It really has to end with .jpg

It just worke when I clicked on it

Thought it may have been because it wasn't in the bit you have to make available to the public

Thanks for the feedback guys. I think it is a problem with my Mac rather than the way I was doing things! For some reason I cannot see pic that "British Car Rules' has embedded in message but I assume everyone else can!? Although I now know how to embed images in messages, thanks BCR.

I'm on an iMac at home and I can't see it either ...

Maybe it's a superior Mac thing

Mmm, when MacFolks' Macs don't do something they say it's because their machine is better. Odd!

Only a superior machine could fail to open .exe files!
