Any ideas on this one basic setup its on a mini cooper classic with front discs and rear drums .

brakes go flat to floor but if pump them about 5-10times start to get some feel in them but once released and need to use them again same has to be repeated .

handbrake seams to slow it down as to be expected brakes straight as does the whoile car when brakes are pumped prior .

the car recently 50miles ago had full brake overhaul new lines cylinders in rear drums master cylinder was determined in good condition .

fluid level ok and no leaks anywhere only just happened driving fine then just went straight to floor only thing is i can think is there is air in system etc

advice wanted please as this is my daily car while others off road

This does sound very much like a master cylinder issue.

Master cylinder seals and if these new/ok, would look at the sealing of the reservoir to the master cylinder.

problem turned out to be the driveshaft nut had come loose causing hub to only be held on by ball joints .

and 1 missing brake pad that had fallen out

I would suggest you say to them you do not want them near your car ever again and want them to pay for an expert to strip and rebuild that corner. With all that loose it could have damaged the hub, shaft, disc or what ever?? You could have killed your self and others and they would have been liable.
