Update:
The discs seemed to warp again or something was amiss as I got the wobble under braking back after a few thousand miles.
To cut a long story short I just went straight to Lexus and had genuine discs & pads fitted (first set were aftermarket parts), yet after another few thousand miles the wobble was back along with a siezed calliper, I wasn't too impressed as it would turn out that this may have been warping the disc on that side.
...So the discs, pads & calliper were replaced again (discs & pads at the cost of the dealer, I felt they should have noticed the calliper when they fitted the first set). Also both lower ball joints were replaced so the car is now fine.
I did service the rear brakes myself, got a new fitting kit from USA at half the UK cost and genuine pads. I used proper brake grease on the piston faces, etc and the grease that came with the pads on the shim kit. Also lots of brake cleaner and cleared out all the old brake dust / rust etc.
