Hi there

I recently failed my mot due to my front 2 shock absorbers being worn out . I found a couple of replacement ones on this site.
https://www.eurocarparts.com/shock-absorber

My question is do I need to get the coil spring aswell or should I just get the shock absorber on there own

Kind Regards

If your springs are fine just buy new dampers.

As said above, if springs are fine then just refit them. Personally, I would fit new strut top mounts and bearings.

They’re probably alright anyway, just take it to a different mot station and save the agro

No I can actually feel the car losing stability as it goes over a bump on the road
