Hi everyone,

I really need your experience in expertise in helping me answer some questions I have about brake lines. I am trying to understand the questions bellow:

1. What are your selection criteria for brake lines?
2. Which brands do you prefer?
3. Would you wait for your favourite brand to be in stock, or take another brand?
4. Is there anything else I am missing in my approach to buying brake lines?

Thanks a lot for your help!! smile

What do you mean by 'brake lines' and what vehicle are you buying them for?

I don't understand. Do you mean brake pipes or brake hoses?

Is this somebody's market research homework, or are we gearing up to a recommendation on a fantastic new supplier that we've never heard of...?

Do they even make a big difference? Always hear pros and cons surrounding it with many saying new oil and bleeding brakes is all you need

Shagged old flexis that bulge under braking pressure, or are badly cracked, clearly need binning. Apart from that, they really only have one job... And even eBay cheapies mostly manage that.
