Custom wheel adapters or wheels cost?
Discussion
Finally about to start work on my shed of a Rolls Royce when I get home in July. 5x154.9 is the pcd which is shared with nothing but some old bentleys.
Want to run some slighty wider wheels to fill out the arches, just some steelies really.
How much would custom pcd adapters or steel wheels cost? Assuming staying as 15” just wider as don’t want to lose the sidewall.

Not sure custom steel wheels are realistic since steel wheels are usually formed around the bolt holes. It should be possible to get a steel spacer made to fit your existing hubs which provide a more conventional wheel bolt or stud spacing. You'd need to take the thickness of the spacer into account when speccing the new wheels and I have no idea whether that will land you into a common size, but fwd wheels tend to be inset a long way so I think there's hope for you.
If alloy wheels are an option, I get the impression that these are sometimes designed to be drilled to suit the application although I've never done that myself. If they exist and you can find one you like, in the right size, the idea would be to get an engineering shop to drill them to fit your weird bolt pattern.
You'd need to be very careful working out how the existing and new wheels are located, especially if either of them are located on a center bore. If you were careless, it would be easy to end up with something that fitted and looked fine but didn't actually locate the wheel properly.

Certainly custom steel wheels seem common in the US.....whether anywhere in UK or Europe would offer such a thing is another matter.
Some makers of alloy wheels might be able to offer a custom PCD though. Although at that large diameter you're maybe into commercial vehicle type wheels to get a centre boss design that might accommodate the wide PCD which would limit design options.

Although if you wanted a multi piece wheel, I'm sure Carl at Force Racing wheels could build you something.

How about banding the existing wheels?
Probably going to be my best bet, unless I can get some adapters made.Don’t really want alloys as I think they will just look odd on the car. Only wanting to run wider tyres so it doesn’t look like it’s been skipping leg day. It runs 215/75/R15 tyres so they are skinny little things for a car of its size.
