Ive been told bosch ones are crap.
Bearing in mind the size and reputation of Bosch's automotive business, I suggest you stop listening to people who make ridiculous generalisations like that.I've used Pagid pads without any problem. Obviously there will be some that work well and some that work badly in a given application; just because Pagid make decent pads doesn't mean that whatever Pagid pad you choose is going to work well in whatever application you're thinking about.
I've used Pagid stuff a few times over the years with no issues.
However, I did the front disks and pads on my Range Rover about a year or so ago, and although they work ok they do graunch towards the end of a heavy, prolonged brake , and if I'm stuck in town traffic for anything over 30 minutes or so they start to vibrate and groan horrendously.
So can't say I'm too impressed with this set on the RR and have considered switching out the pads for EBC just to see if that helps!
