Best Brake pads least Dust

As title really looking for advice on the best pads with lease amount of dust. normal driving .

OEM are usually low dust.

I've used standard pagid pads in both my subaru legacy and passat, they've been pretty good. treating the wheels to some high temp paste wax, such as FinishKare help prevent dust from sticking.

ATE or Textar Ceramic pads.

Some OEM are very good.

And that means proper OEM, not those saying OEM quality or equivalent...as rarely are they exactly the same.
