Looking for a source for crossover pipes. I need a set for a '07 Exige. The ones I've found do not have the same profile as came with the car, lots of bending to fit correctly. Originals had corrosion and needed replacement. I had one end leaking and when I installed the new ones I got from an outfit in England I now have 4 leaking ends. The fittings are close to OEM's but not exact, I feel the fittings are not seating correctly. I think AP discontinued the CP5111, have not seen it on their site. Any help would be appreciated.

If you have the original pipes, it would be possible to measure the end fittings carefully and work out the type.

Making a brake pipe the required length and bending it to shape is easy enough for DIY if you are a hands on mechanic or cheap to get from any decent local garage if you prefer somebody else to do the dirty work.

Try BG Developments, they do all things AP and might be able to help if AP themselves dont have a solution.

I've never taken a pair apart, but I guess they probably do use standard pipe sizes and flares for the crossover as a normal brake pipe ?

A quick google brings up these images ?

given the pipes do indeed screw into alternative brake nipple locations, they must use standard brake pipe threads and flares.

Shouldnt be too hard to make a new crossover with kunifer or go all fancy with stainless ( although that'd take really good equipment to flare )

Have you actually spoken to AP? They're often pretty helpful.
