Citroen C1 - steering
Discussion
I've just bought a C1 for my son (17) to drive and as a runabout for me... and maybe to turn into a C1 racer in a few years' ;-)
Car is in great condition generally, but I've noticed that the steering is dead 20 deg either side of the straight ahead, with poor self-centring. Now, I've checked the alignment, and it's fine, so that either means (I'm guessing) an issue with something in the steering system being over-tightened, or an issue with the electric PAS (which is otherwise light and consistent).
Has anyone else here experienced something similar? Or maybe they're all like it (which I doubt)!
Thanks as always for any wisdom from the collective...
