Ford brake calipers

I'm trying to change the drum brakes on my moggy minor to discs as it will need some stopping with a fiat 2l dohc and gearbox in it. The only thing I know is that the calipers are ford with the numbers 1917 897 and 898. Can anyone give me any info and if you have a pair👍 HELP

Looks like it is Sierra based.
