BC Racing are the aftermaket/performance side of TAIWAN BOR-CHUANN ENTERPRISE CO., LTD which basically manufactures a lot of oem and aftermaket suspension systems.

its been a while since i checked but they were one of the largest manufacturers of suspensions systems at some point.

The actual coil overs are fairly decent. I have experience with these over a few different cars spanning a lot of years and they tend to hold up well and much better than the rest of the budget coilovers on the market.

You also have to remember that a lot of brand names will use either BC Racing or an equivalent Taiwanese manufacture to design and manufacture parts under their own brand.

Are they a replacement for ohlins, nitron etc? no i don't think so, but for the money I found them to be a well manufactured and decent coilover.

I currently use them on an R53 MCS & find them to be pretty good with an excellent range of adjustment without going to extremes.
