Fso polonez lhd to rhd

Iv recently purchased a fso polonez caro I know the old polonez were based on the fiat 125 and I'm wondering would a steering box from a fiat 125 work on the newer cars for me converting it to rhd any help would be greatly appreciated as iv looked everywhere online and can't seem to find any info in converting it

Even if it is, it's only one piece of the puzzle ?

pedal box, dash etc ?

It's the first piece of the puzzle tho once I can get it steering I can find the rest
