Evening

I need 2 new tyres for my Honda CRV 215/65r16

I live in the country so mostly B roads with a few A's but no high speed, the roads are slippy and I sometimes go up muddy tracks so what tyres you guys recommend to fit on the front?

Cheers lads

Fronts are pretty good TBH, backs are done so was going to replace backs then swap them onto the front?

Any decent M&S rated all season tyre that fits your budget and availability. I'd also do all four.

From a quick look at Camskill, the cheapest AT design tyre i'd consider would be Avon AX7, or Conti Cross Contact LX2 if the mud isn't a bog requiring track layer levels of tread self cleaning properties..

If you want to go snowflake stamped all season (i would but then i buy tyres 4 at a time) look at Falken Wildpeak AT3WA, i'm running Yokohama Geolandar GO15 which i'm very happy with but might take some finding at a fair price given the season...some here might not like the idea of you running 2 x all season tyres only.

Some of the more off road oriented rubber might not have the wet road grip you want, in that respect the Yokos have proved very good as well as snow.

Geolandar GO15

Don't know if anyone has them in your size, can't find my own size at the moment not as i need any, you might have better luck searching out the Federals, which i did find in my size but @ £40 a tyre more than last time i looked, decent tyres are seriously expensive at the moment.

edit i think Blackcicles may have your size, have never bought from them so not sure if i'm using their site properly.

Geolandars in 215/65/16, they'd definitely be my choice, great tyres as a multi-surface compromise. Pretty good in snow as well.
