Costco Tyres & Future fit dates

Morning All.
Costco have a good deal on Good Year tyres at the moment, so plan on getting a new set of AS5's all round.
The promotion runs until 6th March, so no worries there. Been online and indeed, my size are available 235/35/19.
What is the process if I were to buy these today for example but specify a fitting date of 10th March?
I didn't realise they don't fit over weekends. I obviously work and due to commitments cannot get a free day until then.
Do they hold onto the tyres for me - but that would be over two weeks. Am I likely to suddenly have them turn up on my doorstep? Or, can I simply not actually specify a fit date (online seems to allow me that, but obviously not checked out yet) and I'd have to wait for confirmation and then call them?
